Green Dragon Cress (Lepidium) is another favorite crop on our farm - it never seems like we can grow enough of it! It is easy to grow and highly productive, usable both fresh and dried. Delicate, oval-shaped seed pods run the length of each stem, and while the plants start out bright green, they quickly mature to take on autumnal hues of wheat and bronze with touches of burgundy. We harvest and sell this crop at all stages of color. It makes an excellent filler for bouquets and arrangements.

Growing Instructions: Surface sow in cell trays or soil blocks 4-6 weeks before your last frost. Bottom water until seeds germinate. Plant out in full sun.

Each packet contains at least 100 seeds
